Kinesio Taping For F45 Trainers

Demonstrating how it's done
By special request, our clinic organized a special "Introduction to Kinesio Taping" session for F45 trainers from Holland Village and Novena.

The trainers from both F45 have had their fair share of injuries and have some basic knowledge of taping. They were very keen on the session and thought it would be great to get some pointers.
Explaining "recoil"
Of course the session touched on understanding concepts rather than just dishing out recipes on how to tape. That's always how we organize these sessions and the actual Kinesio Taping Level 1-2 courses.

Please contact us if you're interested to learn more.

Introduction To Kinesio Taping 130914

Due to many requests by some of our readers and patients, Sports Solutions hosted the Introduction to Kinesio Taping today at our clinic. Some couldn't come though, they went to watch our National Netball team in action as the girls were playing the semi finals against rivals Malaysia today.

Today's  session was taught differently compared to previous introduction courses. Specific regions of the body were addressed with specific techniques taught, a fair bit being KT 2 concepts.

Here are some pictures from this afternoon.

All the participants left very happy with specific techniques they can use from the course. Email us at admin@sportssolutions.com.sg if you're keen to learn more.

Introduction To Kinesio Taping 300313

Some who signed up didn't show up, but then there were others who didn't sign up but came today. As a result of that, it was full house at the Introduction to Kinesio Taping course at Sports Solutions today. Here are some of the pictures.

Those who came being entertained at the start

After some laughs, it was time to get serious, especially teaching the class why the original Kinesio Tex tape is superior to other copy cat tapes.

Teaching the difference between the "weave" and the "wave"
Time to tape.

Kinesio Taping Awareness Course (With Anatomy)

The participants all ears

Powerpoint slide showing the Hamstrings

Another slide- Trapezius

It was full house for last week's Kinesio Taping class for the Physiotherapy students. However, today's Kinesio Taping awareness course was a slightly more quiet affair. Many signed up, but many did not turn up.

Well, too bad for them and good news for the participants who came as Gino went through some basic anatomy with them using Anatomy charts, models and a Powerpoint presentation of course (picture above).

The participants also had a sneak preview of some KT 2 & even KT 3 material as well.

The next Kinesio Taping awareness course is on the last Saturday of October, which is on 27/10/12 from 2 to 3.30 pm. The course is free for those who sign up, you just need to buy a roll of the original Kinesio Tex tapes from us. Call or email us to sign up.

Those of you who want more Anatomical knowledge can come to our Human Anatomy course.
